At Kiko & Son Maintenance, we are committed to providing high-quality HVAC services. If you are not satisfied with our services, please review our refund policy below.
1. Service Cancellations
1.1. Customers may cancel their service appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
1.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1. Refunds are only applicable to services that have not been fully rendered or completed.
2.2. If a service was completed but did not meet the agreed-upon terms, a partial refund or service redo may be offered at our discretion.
2.3. Products purchased from us, such as thermostats or air purifiers, are eligible for a refund only if they are returned unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
2.4. A 15% restocking fee may be charged on all returned merchandise, unless defective.
3. Returns for Unused Products
3.1. We can process returns for unused products and refunds only for items purchased from Kiko & Son Maintenance LLC.
3.2. To set up a return for unused products purchased online, contact customer service within 60 days from the day your order shipped.
3.3. If you are returning a product because we made an error in your order, we will promptly send you the correct item at no additional cost and we will schedule and pay for return shipping. Please contact our customer service and advise of the incorrect item received.
4. Return Requirements
To receive a refund, please make sure of the following:
All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition.
The product must be free from damages, scratches, and/or defects.
All merchandise must not have been installed.
You must have the original manufacturer packaging for the item (manuals, accessories, packaging materials) and it must be unopened.
All free or gift items, including accessories, must be included with your return.
There cannot be any writing or labels on the original manufacturer packaging for the item.
Packages must be sent back by the customer via a traceable source, such as FedEx or UPS. Please do not use USPS.
All freight-bound equipment must be returned via freight carriers. (If you are unsure which method your products should be returned with, please contact us.)
All items must be returned with their assigned return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number will be refused by our warehouse.
5. Non-Refundable Items
PLEASE NOTE: The following items cannot be returned:
Items marked as Scratch and Dent, Clearance, Overstock, or Built-to-order.
Drain Pans.
Condenser Pads.
Mounting Brackets.
Precision Duct Products.
Portable AC or HP products.
Filter Racks.
Custom Roof Curbs.
Roof Jacks.
6. Refund Process
6.1. To request a refund, customers must contact us at [Email Address] or [Phone Number] with proof of purchase and details of the request.
6.2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
7. Non-Refundable Services
7.1. Services that have been fully rendered and approved by the customer at the time of completion are non-refundable.
7.2. Emergency or after-hours services may not be eligible for refunds unless deemed appropriate by management.
8. Disputes & Resolution
8.1. If you have concerns about a service or refund, please contact us within 7 days of service completion.
8.2. We aim to resolve disputes through communication and customer satisfaction measures before pursuing legal action.
