Boasting an 18 SEER rating, this unit uses a DC Inverter that can vary the speed of the compressor to best utilize the energy needed to maintain the temperature you desire. This helps to effectively use the many operational modes available. Use SLEEP mode to save money and energy while you sleep. During this 8 hour period, the system will increase the temperature 2 degrees F when cooling and decrease the temperature 2 degrees F when heating each hour during the first two hours. Then it will work to maintain that new temperature for the remaining 6 hours while you sleep.
