4 Tons
The RunTru by Trane A4AC3048D1 air conditioner condenser has an output of 4 tons, generally enough to cool a medium to large size house in ideal climates. In many system configurations, the tonnage of the unit's paired coil or air handler will be larger in tonnage than this condenser, which maintains the efficiency of the unit. Please note that this condenser cannot function or provide any sort of heating on its own, and it needs an indoor coil or air handler to work. If you have any questions, please contact us.

13.4 SEER2
The RunTru by Trane A4AC3048D1 air conditioner condenser is rated at 13.4 SEER2, making it between 5-7% more efficient than former 13 SEER1 units, saving you money in electric bills over the entire lifetime of your unit.

This unit (and all 13.4 SEER2 units) cannot be shipped or installed in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.

Warranty
RunTru by Trane offers a 10 year compressor, outdoor coil, and parts warranty on this condenser. For these warranties to be upheld, the unit must be installed following your state and local codes, a new and certified evaporator coil must be installed at the same time, and the entire system must be registered online through the manufacturer.

Durability
The cabinet of RunTru by Trane units are extremely durable. On the A4AC3048D1, there are reinforced corner posts and the internals of the unit are protected by an additional inlet grille, all to provide enhanced protection to the unit.

3 - 4 Tons
The RunTru by Trane 4MXCB006AC6HCB is rated for 3 to 4 tons of heating and cooling. With its ability to be installed with either an AC-only condenser or a heat pump condenser, this unit is ideal for many applications. In some packages, this coil will be larger than its paired condenser, which will increase the overall efficiency of the entire unit, but the coil should never be smaller than its paired condenser. Please note that this item cannot operate independently from a compatible condenser and blower or furnace, each available at an additional cost.

Warranty
RunTru by Trane offers a 10 year parts warranty on their coils when they are installed following your state and local codes, as well as the system is paired with a certified system matchup. Please note that in order to obtain the entire length of this warranty, the entire unit must be registered through the manufacturer.

The RunTru by Trane A801X060BM4SD is an inexpensive model of furnace to provide reasonable comfort to your home. At a basic efficiency, this furnace will heat your home adequately with the right output, providing comfort to your home even in the coldest parts of the year.

60,000 BTU, 80% AFUE
The RunTru by Trane A801X060BM4SD has an input of 60,000 BTU. With an efficiency of 80%, this means that the furnace has an output of 48,000 BTU. The 80% AFUE also means that for the gas going into the furnace, 80% of it is used to heat your home while the remaining 20% is lost out the flue piping and lost to normal furnace operations. All 80% furnaces require metal flue venting, and if you need it to be plastic/PVC venting a furnace with an efficiency of 90% or above is required. While this unit uses natural gas as fuel out of the box, we also have an LP conversion kit, available at an additional cost. Please note that this furnace is not Low NOx or Ultra Low NOx compliant and if shipped to California may be subject to a mitigation fee.

Warranty
RunTru by Trane offers 10 year parts and 20 year heat exchanger limited warranties. Please note that in order for the heat exchanger and parts warranties to be upheld, the unit must be registered through the manufacturer within 90 days of installation. The installation must also follow your state and local codes.

Installation and Durability
With its ability to be installed in any configuration (upflow, downflow, or horizontal) the RunTru by Trane A801X060BM4SD is very versatile in application potential. The unit has a durable outer casing that can withstand wear-and-tear through its entire lifetime, providing the peace of mind that your home will stay comfortable year-round.

Trane 3.5 to 4 Ton TXV Kit - R-410A

Thermostatic Expansion Valves (TXVs) are:

• A requirement for many condensers or heat pump systems that use R-410A refrigerant
• An optional upgrade for any other air conditioner or heat pump system

Your RunTru by Trane system will operate more precisely and with greater efficiency with a TXV. These valves offer more control over how much liquid refrigerant enters the evaporator coil. The valves only allow a precise amount of liquid into the evaporator coil to ensure that all liquid that enters fully evaporates. This prevents too little liquid from entering the evaporator making the system run less efficiently. It also prevents too much liquid from entering the evaporator which can cause excess liquid in the suction line. Thermostatic Expansion Valves can be mounted in any position on the evaporator coil inlet and are reliable, efficient and virtually trouble-free. Select the TXV to correspond with the tonnage of your air conditioner or heat pump.
